Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services, portals, software, or APIs provided by Ruleare ("Company", "we", "us"), or accessing subsidiary services including BCSdeveloper through our unified authentication services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Account Registration & Security

When creating an account or logging in via Google OAuth, GitHub OAuth, or email credentials:

  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your session tokens and credentials.
  • You accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your unified identity.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or breach of security.

3. Ecosystem Architecture & Access

Ruleare provides a centralized gateway and infrastructure backend for multiple digital properties. Your single set of credentials grants authenticated access to supported ecosystem applications in accordance with individual service permissions and licensing tier.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

  • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to derive backend API source code.
  • Using automated scripts, bots, or scraping tools to overload or degrade server performance.
  • Circumventing rate limits, security validations, or authentication checks.
  • Distributing malicious payloads, worms, or trojans through our submission channels.

5. Intellectual Property

All logos, trademarks, design patterns, vector artwork, proprietary algorithms, and brand identifiers (including the Ruleare trademark and HD visual assets) are the exclusive intellectual property of Ruleare and its licensors. Unauthorized copying or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

6. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the ecosystem without prior notice if we determine you have violated these Terms of Service, engaged in fraudulent activity, or compromised the security of other platform users.

7. Limitation of Liability

Ruleare and its subsidiaries provide services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. Under no circumstances will Ruleare be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from service interruptions or data loss.
